The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the project(s) to which he/she has been assigned, leading the team to achieve project goals and serving as a communication link with internal and external stakeholders.

More specifically, as a Project Manager, your role will be to:
- Supports the business organization during the pre-project phase (pre-contract signature) to create assessments, assess risk, schedule and manage the involvement of specific experts
- Coordinates the development of project plans
- In addition to all project communications (internal and external), is responsible for all direct communication with the client, has a complete overview of the project. He leads the project team
- Manages the commercial and contractual requirements of the project (terms and conditions)
- Handles all administrative management requirements of the project under his responsibility (official correspondence, follow-up of client deliverables, meeting minutes, etc.)
- Reviews and approves all project change requests (additions to project scope, rescheduling, etc.)
- Leads the implementation phase of the project by ensuring the project is executed according to plan, including adjusting the plan in the event of deviations. Responsibility for keeping the project within the Cost/Quality/Schedule triangle. Escalate, if necessary.
- Performs various project progress tracking, conducts project gates per process and completes associated reports (actual and expected costs, schedule, deliverables, risks, opportunities, product/project quality, open items, other as appropriate)
- Ensures proper handover to the customer (internal or external), service teams and operations and obtains acceptance of project results by all relevant stakeholders
- Collects and provides information on serial delivery to customer, including customer communication (in coordination with customer service)
- Ensure that the work breakdown is defined, coordinates and prioritizes the assignment and completion of this work breakdown for all parties involved
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management with external clients
- PMI certification or equivalent (PMP, Prince 2 or others) is an asset
- Results oriented
- Leadership in an indirect supervisory environment
- Ability to negotiate and influence people, both internal and external
- Ability to manage in an international contect
- Rigour, versatility, flexibility and ownership
