Now, we’re searching for a dynamic Field Service Technician to join our growing Field Operations team and play a key role in driving our mission forward.

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be at the heart of our customer success, providing hands-on expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge transit equipment. You’ll:

  • Conduct on-site customer service visits, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day repairs.
  • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions while collaborating with manufacturers and field personnel.
  • Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage multiple assignments and respond to technical challenges with a calm, problem-solving approach.
  • Travel domestically (up to 25%) for retrofits, startups, and troubleshooting projects.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with electrical systems, automotive wiring, voltmeters, and small tools.
  • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills to handle demanding situations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose, resolve, and communicate complex technical issues effectively.
  • Qualifications:
    • 2-4 years of technical experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent (AS degree and A+ certification preferred).
    • Familiarity with tools like MathWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Visual Basic, and SCADA software is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
