Position is located at our corporate headquarters in Plano, TX.
What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC machines and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain acceptable reject and production rates.
- Verify part compliance using calipers and micrometers.
- Read blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine required materials and dimensions.
- Select and set up appropriate machines (e.g., lathes), position and load materials, and handle fixtures, jaws, chucks, spindles, collets, pads, and bar feeder inputs.
- Plan the sequence of steps for assignments, including programming input or corrections.
- Determine and program batch sizes and machine speeds.

- Proficiency in CNC machine programming (G-code, M-code).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or Autodesk Fusion).
- Ability to operate CNC machine digital interfaces, set parameters, and input production data.
- Basic computer literacy for file management, data entry, and use of standard office software
(e.g., Outlook, Excel). - Ability to use digital measurement tools and quality control software.
