Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Create and improve advanced electronics systems for aerospace applications, pushing the boundaries of innovation and reliability.
- Hands-On Impact: Work on all stages of the product cycle—from initial design to field deployment—making real contributions that impact aircraft performance and passenger comfort.
- Collaborate & Lead: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch quality and seamless integration across all systems.
- Drive Excellence: Take part in testing, troubleshooting, and refining products, ensuring they meet strict aerospace standards and customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) is required. A master’s degree or advanced certifications will set you apart.
- 1-3 years in electronic design, preferably with experience in regulated industries like aerospace or other relevant industries.
- Experience with Electronics CAD design tools (Altium, PADS, or Cadence).
- Hands-on with microcontroller circuits (e.g., Arduino, STM32, Beagle) and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN).
- Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters) and firmware is a big plus.
- A tech enthusiast with strong project management skills—capable of leading and contributing in a team.
- Good communication skills written and verbal, comfortable presenting your ideas and technical insights to both peers and senior leadership.
- Master’s degree or advanced certification.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Interest in exploring the latest advancements in electronics, microcontrollers, and communication protocols.
