Luminator Technology Group is expanding our sales team and looking for a Marketing and Sales Specialist! In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing marketing strategies and supporting sales initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and events. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns, and contribute to expanding our presence in the aerospace industry. Additionally, you’ll help organize and execute global industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful presentations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing dynamic marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. Track results continuously optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create and manage sales materials, presentations, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, email communication, and promotional materials that captivate our audience and showcase our brand.
  • Help organize and promote exciting global events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring everything from logistics to booth setup runs smoothly.
  • Lead our social media strategy by posting, monitoring, and analyzing content across all platforms, driving growth and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and analyze targeted email campaigns to reach specific customer segments.
  • Keep our CRM systems up-to-date, ensuring accurate information and helping our teams stay on top of leads and opportunities.
  • Partner with our sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals.
  • Assist in tracking marketing budgets and reporting performance to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience years of experience in marketing or sales support roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to create compelling content and marketing materials
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track leads, manage customer data, and support sales teams in driving business results.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media strategy, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data, campaign performance metrics, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Clean DMV record and valid Driver License.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to present data and results effectively to senior management.

Travel:
  • 10-15% travel required (domestic and international) for events, trade shows, and team meetings.
