We are currently looking for a charismatic EMEA & APAC Marketing Coordinator to support our Global Marketing team.
In this role you will support the successful execution of global and regional marketing programs across the EMEA & APAC region.
What you will do:
- Event & Customer Logistics: Liaison for planning and execution of regional trade shows, industry conferences, and bespoke customer events outside the U.S.
- Brand, Messaging & Localized Product Marketing: Adapt global product positioning and messaging to resonate with European market nuances and buyer personas.
- Sales Engagement Support: Manage and optimize content within sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) to ensure brand-aligned messaging for sales teams.
- Content, Case Studies & Testimonials: Lead the regional "Social Proof" program by interviewing clients and producing localized case studies and video testimonials.
- Regional PR & Social Media Liaison: Act as the primary regional contact for PR agencies and coordinate localized content submissions for corporate social channels.
- Local Alignment & Distribution: Ensure all regional offices are aligned with global brand standards and have access to necessary physical and digital assets.
What we are looking for:
- Languages: Native/Professional writing and speaking fluency in English (Priority) and German, with professional proficiency in French and/or Polish desired.
- Relevant proven experience in marketing coordination, event management, and/or brand operations.
- CRM tools, AI literate, sales and marketing ops expertise. HubSpot, Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to travel.
