We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer to support our Technical Support Team by performing configuration, ERP tasks (Infor LN), ticket pre-processing, and preparation of units for exchange/repair.
What you will do:
- Basic configuration tasks for products prior to shipment or exchange,
- Preparation of units including documentation, labeling, and software setup,
- Processing MSO orders, purchase requisitions, RMA, adjustments, warehouse movements,
- Supporting Customer Service with order data checks and shipment documentation,
- Organizing Support Desk activities and updating internal records,
- Basic device checks and configuration template handling,
- Maintaining accuracy in configuration sets.
What we are looking for:
- Technical education in electronics
- Administrative or technical support experience,
- Handling electronic devices or configuration processes,
- Experience with CRM/Ticketing/ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to read technical documentation,
- Understanding of data types and file structures
- MS Office proficiency
- Fluent English and Swedish
- Good organisational and communication skills.
