We’re searching for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing Customer Service team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and acting as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams. You’ll:
- Manage complex customer accounts, including order processing, returns (RMAs), and service requests.
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Finance) to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer portals and records with accuracy.
- Support field service billing, quotes, and documentation.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Generate reports and contribute to forecasting based on customer trends.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience navigating customer portals and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and customer-facing databases preferred.
