We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Buyer to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services essential for daily operations. This role is critical to maintaining production continuity and optimizing inventory levels within the electronics/electrical commodity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
As an office-first team, we’d love to have you in the office three days a week to collaborate and connect.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time within the electronics/electrical commodity.
- Monitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, and quality complaints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support production continuity and inventory optimization.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Your profile
- Professional experience as an Operational Purchaser or similar role in an international environment.
- Proven background in electronics manufacturing, preferably within the automotive, telecommunications, or comparable industries.
- Confident communicator in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
- Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Infor LN), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building positive supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
