We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Buyer to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services essential for daily operations. This role is critical to maintaining production continuity and optimizing inventory levels within the Electronics/Electrical commodity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong communication skills in both Polish and English.

Your Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time within the Electronics/Electrical commodity.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, and quality complaints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support production continuity and inventory optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Your profile 
  • Professional experience as an Operational Purchaser or similar role in an international environment.
  • Proven background in electronics manufacturing, preferably within the automotive, telecommunications, or comparable industries.
  • Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail, while maintaining a strategic overview.
  • Confident communicator in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building positive supplier and stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Infor LN), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High level of motivation, commitment, flexibility, and quality awareness.
