We are seeking a Purchasing Manager EMEA & APAC who will lead the Operational Purchasing organization and ensure consistent execution of purchasing routines, supplier follow-up, inventory management, shortage mitigation, and order book management to secure material availability and support business objectives.

We are seeking a Purchasing Manager EMEA & APAC who will lead the Operational Purchasing organization and ensure consistent execution of purchasing routines, supplier follow-up, inventory management, shortage mitigation, and order book management to secure material availability and support business objectives.
What you will do:
- Lead and develop and coach the Operational Purchasing team.
- Ensure timely and accurate purchase order execution.
- Drive supplier delivery performance and shortage resolution.
- Own inventory, supply continuity, and operational purchasing KPIs.
- Standardize purchasing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational supply issues.
- Collaborate with Planning, SIOP, SBO, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Commodity Management.
- External Stakeholders: Vendors (locally, EMEA & Asia)
What we are looking for:
- University degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement
- leadership roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing purchasing teams.
- Strong background in manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and supply
- chain performance.
- Operational purchasing and procurement processes.
- Supply planning, inventory management, and ERP systems (preferably Infor LN).
- Supplier performance management.
- SIOP and material planning processes.
- Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Polish, English, (German would be an add on)
