We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Back Office Specialist to join our team in Rastatt, Germany. This role is essential to ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service across our European operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced international environment and brings strong communication skills in both German and English.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare customer quotes based on price lists or input from sales representatives.
  • Process incoming orders and enter them into the ERP system.
  • Track orders through delivery and provide confirmations and updates to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, accounting, logistics, planning, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support customer systems and EDI-related tasks.
  • Generate invoices, credit notes, and sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and documentation.
  • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delivery delays, or invoicing.

Your Profile
  • Completed commercial vocational training with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Strong customer and service orientation with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Skilled in MS Office and experienced with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international goods traffic.
  • Team player with high resilience, flexibility, and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude across departments.
