We are currently looking for a dynamic Field Service Technician to support our team in Singapore.

In this role you will provide onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for Luminator’s hardware and software solutions.


What you will do:
 
  • Perform onsite troubleshooting and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Support customers via phone, email, and onsite visits, providing solutions for technical issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and document all service activities for reporting and billing.
  • Program customer databases upon request.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, software development) to address customer needs and bug fixes.
  • Manage spare parts usage and maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Provide feedback to improve operational processes and support other areas within the local office when required.
  • Participate in on-call, onsite, and remote support as designated.
  • Occasional regional or interstate travel may be required.


What we are looking for:
  • Degree in IT or Software and basic education in electronics or electromechanics
  • Basic technical education, preferably in electronics or IT.
  • Experience in similar position.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of network communication at the software level.
  • Customer-oriented with a high standard of workmanship.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and workload management.
  • Education in technical writing of documentation (optional)
  • Valid NSW Driver’s License.
  • English and Chinese skills
