We are currently looking for a charismatic Warehouse Supervisor to support our Team in Australia.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
What you will do:
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and record deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labelling, and loading.
- Arrange freight for outgoing shipments
- Capable of creating incoming orders and processing orders through to delivery in WMS
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklift.
- Ensure materials are stored in the correct locations and properly identified.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order preparation and dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or equipment issues.
- Manage and report stock quantities to ensure sufficient Stock on Hand for demand
- Perform and report on Annual Stocktakes
- Perform regular cycle counts
What we are looking for:
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred).
- Ability to maintain and control stock levels.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Understanding of Warehouse Management Process flows.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely (typically up to 20–25 kg).
- Basic computer skills (WMS, ERP, scanners).

- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
