As a System Engineer, you will serve as the technical point of contact for a specific project, acting as the bridge between the customer and the engineering development teams. You will have to understand the customer's needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications. You will ensure seamless technical coordination across engineering disciplines and validate that all deliverables meet the customer’s expectations and requirements.

MORE SPECIFICALLY, AS A SYSTEM ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage system requirements and ensure traceability using the Polarion Tool
- Design and document system architecture and interfaces
- Test and validate the system functionalities
- Plan and execute field testing and system validation (Commissioning, Site Acceptance Test)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues
- Prepare and maintain system documentation (System Function Description, Interface Control Document, Factory Acceptance Tests document, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, QA, project management, NPI)
- Prepare effort estmates and assist in project planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in scripting languages
- Experience with system modeling tools (SysML, draw.io or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with basic measuring instruments (Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers)
- Knowledge of networking concept (QoS, VLAN, DHCP, UDP, Open TCN, etc.)
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset
- Customer-focused approach
- Excellent team collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Self-driven and detail-oriented
