About the Role:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our customer service team to ensure seamless operations and unparalleled customer satisfaction. Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, managing day-to-day operations, handling escalated issues, and implementing process improvements to streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate our customer service team to achieve their full potential.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of experience in a lead or management role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and motivating team members.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
