We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Assembler to join our dynamic Production team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in assembling advanced electro-mechanical components and ensuring our high-quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Assembler, you will:
  • Assemble complex electro-mechanical components, including intricate wiring and soldering.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials.
  • Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct job setups using tools, jigs, and testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
  • Lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications You’ll Need:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering (through-hole and surface mount) using hand tools, such as air drivers and torque drivers.
    • Strong understanding of schematics and assembly drawings.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
  • Experience: Familiarity with testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures is highly desirable.
