We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer who serves as a bridge between manufacturing operations and technical engineering functions, ensuring efficient manual assembly processes while providing technical support related to electronics, mechanics and embedded-system-based products. The role contributes directly to operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.

We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer who serves as a bridge between manufacturing operations and technical engineering functions, ensuring efficient manual assembly processes while providing technical support related to electronics, mechanics and embedded-system-based products. The role contributes directly to operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.
What you will do:
- Analyze, develop, and optimize manual assembly processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operator ergonomics.
- Design and maintain manufacturing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process design, workstation setup, and production readiness.
- Provide technical support related to basic electronics diagnostics and repair activities.
- Support manufacturing and testing processes for products utilizing embedded systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Design and implement efficient systems for manufacturing, service delivery, and supply chain operations.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or proven experience in process optimization, manufacturing systems, or operations engineering.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (we use InforLN).
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and quality standards (ISO, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Polish, English, (German would be an add on)
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical and electronic schematics.
- Data-driven decision-making capability.
