Production Planner

Luminator Technology Group is a global leader in technological innovation, dedicated to delivering advanced solutions that shape the future of mobility and communication. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team at our site in Pruszcz Gdański.
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and optimizing our production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while aligning with customer demands and operational efficiency. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to meet market expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term production plans aligned with business goals and customer demand.
- Continuously optimize planning processes to improve production efficiency and resource utilization.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
- Identify potential delays and proactively adjust schedules to meet deadlines and minimize disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with the Sales department and customers regarding any delays, outages, or changes in delivery timelines.
- Release and manage production orders to the Production department, ensuring clarity and accuracy of requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production planning with inventory, procurement, and logistics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing planning data and proposing process enhancements.
Your profile
- Experience in similar role or relevant education, ideally in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Proactive mindset – ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills – capable of identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced knowledge of English, German will be an advantage.
