We are seeking to fill our full-time Field Service Technician role to join our growing and dynamic Field Operations team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and Luminator.
The successful Field Service Technician candidate will be responsible for conducting customer service visits, documentation, day-to-day repair, and preventative maintenance for various transit agencies and clients. You will identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, work with manufacturers, or field personnel as necessary to procure replacement parts.
