We’re searching for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do:

As a Staff Accountant, you will support our period-end accounting cycles and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You’ll collaborate across departments to prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support audits—all while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record general journal entries with proper documentation and analysis.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Maintain sub-ledgers and validate general ledger control accounts.
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in designing and executing internal controls.
  • Stay current with GAAP, FASB, and SEC standards and apply them to accounting practices.
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of general accounting or relevant business experience; manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Certifications: CPA license preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred) and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
