Senior Frontend Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our Software Platform team. You will play a key role in developing the Luminator Suite, which includes both a web app for displaying passenger information and a content and fleet management portal for backend operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and develop user-friendly software solutions
• Transform UX/UI designs into functional, high-quality code, with a focus on user experience and aesthetics
• Develop and maintain a responsive, efficient, and scalable web interface
• Seek opportunities for system enhancements and refactoring
• Implement responsive web applications
• Integrate RESTful API connections to backend systems
• Craft quality mockups and prototypes
• Work closely with back-end developers, designers and product management to enhance user experience
• Uphold graphic standards and ensure brand consistency
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, ensuring high code coverage

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of commercial, non-internship experience as Front-end developer/lead role
• Experience with mentoring team members
• Proven track record in building Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript and Angular
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management
• Sound knowledge of web development tools and languages
• Experience building high-performance, responsive web applications

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PrimeNG is an advantage
• Proficient understanding of version control tools, preferably Git
