Role Overview

We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support to be the first point of contact for our clients in DACH region. You’ll play a key role in delivering technical support for Luminator software products such us iCentre and Luminator Suite by managing customer requests, solving technical issues and ensuring smooth configuration of our products.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Luminator customers.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, customer portal, or other agreed channels.
  • Deliver solutions for software issues related to Luminator products.
  • Organize and manage the Support Desk using Luminator’s ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain customer service documentation.
  • Ensure consistent configuration setup for products in customer orders.
  • Offer remote support via TeamViewer.
  • Actively contribute to operational improvements through feedback and initiative.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure and technical/technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with best practices in customer support, customer-centred mentality. 
  • Knowledge of network communication.
  • Practical knwledge of XML and CSV.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux).
  • Experience in multilingual customer support: fluent German and very good English are must-haves.
