We are currently looking for a Tech Support Technician to support internal and external customers during trouble shooting – 1 -level support.
What you will do:
- Programming of customer data based on requests / requirements
- Support customers during integration process of new systems
- Technical support via telephone, email, ticketing system, or remote access
- Diagnosis of hardware/software problems based on logs and test results
- Performing maintenance and device configurations
- Maintaining service reports and ticket documentation
- Inspecting returned items and ensuring troubleshooting
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
- Reporting recurring errors and suggesting improvements
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge with IT infrastructure, Ms Office
- Experience in a technical/technology sector
- Strong team and customer orientation
- Experience in diagnostics and structured problem-solving
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communication (BAT scripts,
- XML, CSV)
- Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems and Microsoft tools
- Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English and Polish
- German skills nice to have
