In this position you will be playing crucial role in ensuring the consistency in quality of our products, making sure we are following industry standards and making sure that our customers’ needs are fulfilled.

Your responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding quality-related inquiries.
- Facilitate customer communication in collaboration with sales, R&D, marketing, product management, and other quality management departments.
- Assess the feasibility and risks of quality requirements in customer inquiries.
- Analyse customer feedback and implement necessary improvements.
- Review contracts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support development projects by implementing quality-related work packages, and conducting document and phase reviews.
- Act as the point of contact for customers on all quality matters, including joint testing.
- Manage and control evidence documents.
- Oversee non-conformance management, including coordinating and conducting error and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with production locations to address customer complaints.
- Plan and conduct product audits.
- Monitor and report on quality indicators.
Your profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance department.
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably with ISO 9001, TS 16949 (IATF), or TS 22163 (IRIS) based quality management systems.
- Ability to maintain customer-focused approach and diplomacy while supporting our customers.
- Proficiency in Project Management and knowledge of LEAN Methods.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Understanding of product liability law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with customer contracts.
- Knowledge of automotive Quality standards.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Fluent English, knowledge of German will be an advantage.
