Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead diverse engineering projects, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior engineers.
  • Design, implement, and enhance electrical systems, components, and products for commercial, industrial, or domestic use.
  • Develop technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and documentation to meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to drive engineering solutions.
  • Conduct detailed calculations and prepare specifications for procurement and project planning.
  • Estimate costs and manage budgets to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and system issues.
  • Supervise and train project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering; advanced degree holders may have less experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in engineering software, including CAD and scientific analysis tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
  • Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Expertise in solving complex problems and applying engineering principles.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
